Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for your dog, refer to our size guide HERE

How long will my order take?
You've placed your order and now you can't wait to recieve your new goods! We get it!
We aim to make and mail your order within 3-5 business' days so you won't be waiting long at all! You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. If you need to make any changes to your order please reach out to us BEFORE the item is shipped. Once the order is shipped, you have 30 days to request a refund or exchange
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.
Note: Customs/duty may be applied and is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or receiver.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Unfortunately postage delays can occur and are out of our control. If you have a tracking number but you don't receive your order after 15 business days please email us at woof@woofandstuff.ca
Can I exchange the size?
Yes! As long as you are within the 30days of recieving your order, we will happily exchange the size or style for you. More information regarding our exchange process can be found here
How do I make a return?
Make sure the item is unused and in it's original condition, and you are within 30days of placing an order. More information regarding our return process can be found HERE

We love adventuring with our dogs and designed our products to withstand all those adventures!
Trail Tested Warranty
We love adventuring with our dogs and designed our products to withstand all those adventures! We took time to carefully select our hardware and materials, and spent alot of time designing and testing them too! Our trail tested warranty is our way of standing by the quality and craftmanship of our adventure gear!
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers any damaged or defective gear received, not subject to regular wear and tear of the items. Please reach out to us for any warranty concerns woof@woofandstuff.ca
What is excluded?
Our warranty is intended to cover any manufacturing defects and does not cover typical wear and tear arising from extended use. It does not apply to damages caused by chewing, cosmetic damages, scratches, surface rust or any intentional abuse, tampering, misuse, alterations and modifications to the product.
Is it Chew Proof?
Unfortunately, no! Although our gear is highly durable, your dogs teeth are designed to chew bones! We do not recommend leaving your dog unsupervised with their gear.
However we do understand that accidents can and do happen. We are please to offer a discounted replacement for your chewed item. Simply reach out to us via email woof@woofandstuff.ca (we promise not to judge your dog) with purchase information, we will provide you with information on where to send back your chewed up gear, ship the item to us and we will email you a unique code for a discounted replacement.

Adventure Gear
Where are your products made?
Here in Vancouver, BC! We import some of our materials and supplies but the majority of your products are manufactured and created right here in Vancouver!
Do you offer customizations?
Absolutely! Our adventure gear your way! We customize everything from sizing, to style, to print patterns! (The only company in Canada that offers custom collar design printing-that we know off)

How do I wash my gear?
Sometimes dogs adventures lead us through all kinds of muck and grime!(Trust us, we have a golden)
For our regular printed gear, you can wash in a bucket of soapy water or toss these in your front load washer and then allow to air dry. The same method of cleaning can be used for treatbags and rope leashes, but it is recommended to take of the carabiner first!
For our waterproof gear, simply take a damp cloth, wipe it down and allow to air dry!
Tuks Treats
Where are they made?
Our single ingredient treats are made right here in Vancouver, BC! Protein packed, Low in fat and preservative free, Tuks Treats are the perfect trail treat to fuel your dogs adventures!
How long do they last?
We recommend feeding these to your dog within a month once opened (if you can make them last that long !!)
